White Orchid Outreach Program

White Orchid outreach program brings the practice of yoga, breathwork, and meditation to individuals struggling with addictive disorders.

Our goal is to teach clients new, healthier tools in dealing with their daily stresses.  Medical experts theorize that yoga practice may actually help in breaking addictive cycles.  The peaceful poses of yoga rest both your brain and your body.

Yoga teaches slow, controlled movements and can help change reflexive, automatic behavior.  These tools are useful in everyday life and when coping with stimuli which can trigger addictive behavior.  Yoga practice increases mindfulness and is a natural way to calm the mind and the body.
