The Yoga Shala ~ Winter Park, Florida
The Yoga Shala is a traditional Ashtanga Yoga School. We offer yoga classes in the Mysore style method, Guided Ashtanga, Beginner’s Courses, and Pre-natal yoga. We also offer workshops with world-renowned teachers. Early morning Mysore classes are taught by Krista Shirley, level 2 authorized by the KPJAYI in Mysore, India. All other Mysore classes are taught by teachers with very dedicated daily yoga practices, and all teachers have apprenticed with Krista for over ten months. Our 2,100 sq ft yoga school has a men’s and women’s locker room, yoga boutique, and a gorgeous and open practice room. We are located in beautiful Winter Park, Florida – just outside Orlando.
