Classes & Events
White Orchid Yoga provides a variety of classes, workshops, and events for all levels of yoga practitioners in the Tampa Bay area. We are currently located in Dunedin, Florida (but watch for news of our beautiful new location in Clearwater), and are accessible to practitioners throughout the Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg areas.
Our primary emphasis is on the Ashtanga style of yoga as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. We offer Vinyasa, Hatha, neonatal, and kids’ classes as well as classes tailored for all levels of Ashtanga practitioners.
