The cleanses are generally for 1,3, or 5 days, consisting of 6, 16 ounce detoxifying juices each day and one life force shot (wheatgrass or ginger). We designed this cleanse for the nutritional needs of an average, slightly active person or experienced juice faster. If you need to eat because you are active, eat whole fruits or vegetables and/or nuts. Drink juices every 2.5-3 hours. Also, consume 16 ounces of water in between each juice.
The benefits of cleansing are countless and can be seen soon after beginning. Toxins, simply put, are Biological poisons. We come into contact with them externally as well as produced internally during everyday normal functions; such as, digestion and cellular respiration. As a result, harmful chemicals and other pollutants enter our bloodstream and need to be continuously removed. Many body parts participate in the process of cleansing these toxins: the lungs, the kidneys, the bladder, the small and large intestines, colon, liver and gall bladder. If all of these organs do not work together in harmony, they will not be able to eliminate these toxins, which will cause trouble for the cells in the future.
If you allow these toxins to build up in the tissues and organs, the effects can be harmful and make you vulnerable to disease. Everyone stores these toxins, but it’s all about how much you are storing and how it affects the body’s function. This build up is dangerous and can compromise the entire immune system. It causes stress in the cells which leads to inflammation. Many diseases are linked to this excess cell stress: Cancer, Alzheimers’, Heart disease, and many more.
What can you do to prevent this toxic overload? Exercise, eat healthy, and CLEANSE periodically to flush out the excess toxins and gives the internal organs a recharge, It also cleanses your blood, skin, and mind!
Everyone reacts differently to cleansing. Toxic overload can make you feel nausea with headaches, low energy, and/or irregular bowel movements. When cleansing, toxins can leave your body at a rapid pace causing one or more of the symptoms above. We suggest in-experienced juicers to start with a one day cleanse and then work your way up to a 3 or 5 day. You do not want to shock your system, so it is important in the week or even a few days prior to cleansing, to prepare, by reducing or eliminating meat, dairy, alcohol, and processed sugars/foods that you are consuming. This will ensure a more gradual release rate of toxins.

This muscle plays an important role in our yoga practice. We use the Psoas unconsciously everyday, bringing awareness to the psoas can transform your practice immensely. We will go over basic anatomy, what it does and where it’s located, how it effects our emotions, & our breathing. We will focus our attention to the lower chakras bringing awareness here in chanting, go over the practical part, asana and how to draw your awareness here in asana!! After taking this workshop you will have a better understanding on how we use this muscle everyday, use it with every breath and movement!
